Hollywood Antipiracy Commercial

Has anyone else seen the commercial on TV with all the Hollywood stars begging and pleading not to download movies over the internet? They had Ben Affleck, James Cameron, Sean Astin from Lord of the rings, and some others I cant remember, they almost made me feel sorry for the thousands of dollars I've ripped them off for, almost :D

Are they getting desperate or what? I mean, to get the actual stars involved now?

I had to sit through it in a movie theater before Lord of the Rings: RotK, after paying 20 bucks to see the movie. :rolleyes: They&#39;ll get no sympathy from me.

Good point, actually thats how I got into it. I didnt even know it was possible til i saw some ad in a magazine about it :lol:

i first heard of kazaa (p2p&#39;s in general) when my friend told me you could download full movies off the net, it was a phenomonal discovery for me :o :D

Maybe then they can pay their porno actors/actresses more money and maybe just maybe the movies might be alot better and maybe have a good storyline. :lol:

Have yall seen that new pepsi commercial with some girl who apparently got sued for pirating music? It went something like this " I was one of the people who got sued for pirating music, and if i had the chance ..... id do it all over again." that was freakin hilarious to me cuz they made it seem like she was about to apologize and tell everyone else not to do what she did, then BAM&#33; in your face RIAA. That commercial was more of a pro RIAA ad than anything, I mean c&#39;mon, its playing that "I fought the law and the law won" music in the background, and then the dumb bitch says "but I&#39;m still gonna download music off of the internet" and its about how you can win a free song download by looking under the cap.
