can some tell me please, i am trying to access the supernova site and a message is coming up 'you dont have permission to access supernove on this server' what does that mean, becuase i accessed it earlier today?

yes
suprnova works because of many many mirrors
there is no central server, you just have to keep hitting refresh (f5) till you get a working mirror
http://btsites.tk has a good list of mirrors for suprnova, and all the other bittorrent sites
