Hi all. Was just setting up mirc on puter. Followed Krack's directs, setup good - When trying to dl movie, I get the msg that the mIRC client I am using is Trojan infested, and should to to mIRC's home site and get updated version. The error was Mirc6DCC02, Anyone have suggestion? Thanks.

where did you download your copy of mirc?

why dont u try uninstalling and getting a new clean client

download the setup from here > Official Website (http://www.mirc.com/get.html)

and install it and try downloading using it and dont go after any msg related to a 6.13 version virus update .. latest REAL version is 6.12 at that link

Thats where I dl'd from. Same site. same version - 6.12. Ill try uninstalling anyway. Thanks

i'd just format and unpack my ghost restore :)
if u use ghost just do the same .. if not try formating and installing a new system and this time back it up with norton ghost
