Reset Light Keeps Flashing

My reset light flashes when i watch a movie or surfing the web .... when the pc is idle or not surfing ...like now... it doesnt flash at all ... its been like that since i put it together. But i dont have any pc problem it runs jus fine. Any know why it would do this?

maybe u have connected it to the hd activity pins

ahhh thaT WOULD MAKE SENSE i didnt think of that ... thanks ... ya i checked all over the web and couldnt find any thing on this subject
