Certainly this week has been the most stagnant time the lounge has ever seen. Hours go by with 70-80 users and no posts.

No flow, no personality, just disjointed and fragmentary posts.

I'm not much of a starter, but damn I have stupid opinions, but no threads to express them on.

Shhhh bob, there is a reason why you are asked to be silent. You know I have a lacrimal condition and cannot cry, your comment was beyond the pale.

Even if I could, I would become severely dehydrated, what purpose would that serve? Do you sell gatorade, at all?

I do not consider posts from Canadians to actually "count", as they mainly babble on about hockey and the last snow fall.

I'd rather have snow and cold weather, the weather in California annoys me. One day it's 80F, the next morning its freezing. One day it starts raining, 2 hours later its 90F! It's always changing, and so unpredictable!

You know as well as I that the board is currently undergoing the process of commercialisation. It is inevitable that there will be a slack period whilst the change takes effect.

That added to the fact that a few people are busy helping to make the new ESV lead inevitably to a bit of a quiet period. However things will pick up again in time.

That is not to say that it will be the same as before, it won't. However not all change is bad. People should judge whether they like something on an ongoing basis, not just thro' blind loyalty.

Who knows, for a lot of people it will get better, it will certainly retain the reliability that only commercialism can provide.

As FC says, chaps should have a look outside of the lounge, it is rather interesting.
