Burning Movie Problems

Hi! When I use Nero and I try to burn my movie into a svcd(which is already a mpg file) when I'm almost finishing burning it keeps on saying cd error or something like that so I tried using a cd-rw disc but It still had an error when I was almost done and when it finishes with that message it still looks fine so I play it on my dvd player(which accepts SVCD) it plays but it has no audio or picture pls. I really need help...thank you

Are you sure the files are Mpeg 2's?
Some files are Mpeg 1 and nero aint too hot at converting.

Could you give us some more specific information about what error you get?

Perhaps next time you could write down exactly what errormessage you get (you could also try to do a search in google with the terms "Nero" and your specific errormessage. That helped me quite a few times when I had an errormessage in any program.

um...how do I know if it's a mpeg 1 or mpeg 2 sry I'm kinda new at this
