Funny-

Another Presidential election coming fast, and no one has even taken the time to properly suss the events in Florida from 2000.

You all unquestioningly bought the party line, huh?

Oh, well-

I'm not gonna go through all that again. ;)

Let's all focus on the negative now. That's the best thing to do. Not that we should focus on the economy coming back strong, or the capture/kill of 2/3's of the Al Aqaida Network which also fucking attacked us in 1993 when Blowjob Clinton didn't do anything about it, or the capture of a murderous dictator. Let's just focus on the what the liberal media tells us!

Tsk Tsk

That is no way to present a left wing view point. You have to present reasoned arguments on why we should focus on the liberal media. :D

What happened in Florida happens in every state, for some reason Gores guys thought Florida would yield the electoral votes needed but it wasn't an isolated incident they just happen to shine the spot light on it.

Quite right.

I have enumerated the facts here many times, along with a delightfully humorous selection of anecdotal antics on the part of the Dems, but to no avail, hence my refusal to take up the gauntlet again. ;)

While I believe most American do hate Bush, that doesn't matter.

It matters whether those same people bother to vote. <_<

Should voters be "means tested"?

I thought, for the longest time, that voter apathy would be the downfall of the Republic; now I fear the opposite could be true.

I had a discussion a while back with someone who professed agreement with everything I said.

Turned out he was just ignorant. ;)

Not quite sure to what you're referring. Maybe the discussion with ilw?

I don't think voters should be tested; just fucking vote!!! <_<

When you vote it makes politicians listen to you particular groups problems.
If you do not then you don't make or break them getting into office so you are off their radar.

I am referring to the uninformed voter-a dangerous creature, to be sure.

Guess what?

I get to go play pool now!

Later, gator. ;)

I never disputed his tax cuts aren't working. They work for the rich. He himself said his tax cut were for big business to spur new employment. Well big business did get the tax cut......with very little new employment.

So I guess you're right.http://www.gamespy.com/avatars/av/AT/at461.gif

Hmm the government cut my taxes...what should i do?

a). pocket the money and have the new pool installed

B). better returns for company investors

c). employ more people as i didn't have enough staff as it was

I know which i would be inclined to do if my company was large enough

the tax cut saved everyone the same % of money, it's just that rich ppl have more money so they get more money back

10% of $10000 is $1000
10% of $1000000 is $100000

see the more you have the more you get back, it's just that the democrats wanna make look like u did to ppl that can't put 2 & 2 together
