Incomplete Downloads

Many of the files I download stop downloading with 1 or just a few kb left and then they sit there in the traffic screen and never finish. Some stay that way for a few days and then finish. Most stop downloading with 1kb left to download. Any help would be appreciated.

it has to do with your sources, also don't download so many files at once or together
