This guy I know has this 12 MP camera...Its rated as 6, but he says that like its got special pixel coding or something..to where its actually 12. This guy knows EVERYTHING...seriously...he knows EVERYTHING he builds security stuff and can do just about anything..he can blow the pictures up huggge and there so clear! He took a picture of a box from 40 feet away...then on the LCD screen on the back he zoomed in..and we could read every word on the box...like the real small print...its nice..dont know what its called tho..so sorry  but yeah..the cam u put sucks..get at LEAST 3 megapixel.

Sure that's possible, unless you want to pay thousand's of dollars' on a camera and a lens. Which is pretty pointless unless your into PI / Security.

But I must say that 3 Mega Pixels is a must these days'. ;)

Currently I have the Kodak EasyShare CX 4300, and it takes decent quality pictures.

And yes, you heard correctly digital cameras' eat's your batter life, however, I use NiMH (Nickel Metal Hydride) batteries, which can be charged approx. 500-1000 times depending on what charger you use. You can usually buy a NiMH charger for about $13. And do NOT buy lithium batteries, they are way to expensive.

Another option is buying the Kodack Camera "dock" which can quickly recharge the camera's battery pack, and more.

I have a Kodak cx6330 It suits my needs but get the one up with 3.2 pix
and the battery pack you can plug into the wall. Word of advice upgrade your memory at time of purchace at least 128 mb. More memory more pictures.Or longer video time.16 MB = 24 Pictures 128mb= 89 ? I think Kodak's name speaks for its self. Best present I gave B) Oh the easy share program is awsome too

Yeah, a SD stick is also a good purchase, although do not forget to get a Multi-Card Reader. ;)
