i have made a very shitty webpage that i want to test out but im going to keep updating and i will b using alot now i need somewhere to publish it.

i used frontpage and im not going to b hosting any files on it. so basicly i just need somehwere thats no hassel to publish my websites (there are a few with links to each other)

and with the URl as short as possible plz

You can use geocities. It does the trick if you just want a simple site. Then you can use vze.com for a short URL.

my site background should b black but when i upload it to freesites.ws its white so my white writing doesnt show up. also all of my images and buttons dont show up

If you have a broadband connection, it would not be a hassle to just host yourself.

All you would need is Apache, PHP, etc and you would be able to serve your publications off of your IP..

i ahv broadband yes but use a proxy 5 and all this wierd settings

plus my pc isnt online 24/7

and wodnt it slow down my internet loads
