Its probably got nothing to do with the P2P prog, but in a post a while ago it said that SwapGate will be 100% legal.

7th, that makes me concerning as sharing should not be commercialised.

If that is not a joke. But, the name SwapGate is not so hard to guess, so it would not surprise me companies are using it.
