They both seem like nice boards, Abu.
Not having owned either of them I can't really say.
Pick the one that looks best as everthing else seems fairly comparable.

isn't the p4c800 delux the best board that asus makes?

read a few reviews on each one then decide, if you still cant then pick which one looks better lol.

for me, the abit looks better. with the chipset hsf and so on, but the asus is better spec wise.

Where are you getting those prices from? Dont see anything like that on newegg

Tought choice..but the ones im seeing cost like $170...are you talking about USD?? Cuz the only P4C800 Deluxe im seeing is $170.

The abit comes with nice looking rounded cables tho..and does look better..cuz its black..but also looks kinda cluttered to me..and i just love asus..toughhhh choice

check to make sure they have what you need. like i know that you were complaining that your old board wouldnt overclock well or something liek that, make sure the opne you choose has lots of those options, and a good layout on the board is usually pretty important, becuase you dont want those atx wires running right in front of your hsf (my motehrboard lol). And your ide hookup slots should be on the side or at the bottom etc...the layout is pretty important.

@Abu, could you at least make it a bit easier for us to help you by adding links to those motherboards?

And have you checked the Gigabyte boards? Link (http://www.gigabyte.com.tw/MotherBoard/Products/Products_NewProduct_List.htm)

just wondering, and your rig is hot!! i want one. i hope you have some way of controlling that vantec tornadoe fan! its gonna be loud. one tip for the noise: dont put a fan guard on the tornadoe, the air will pass threw it easier meaning less noise, im using that for my hsf combo in my sig and its a little quiter. have fun with ur new rig. and post some becnhmark scores!!

Of course you can always just switch the 5V and 12V leads and that will permantly run the fan at 5V. Just something I know several people do.

But good for you on your new purchaes.

Send whats left of your AS5 my way when your done......... B)
