Dvd To Vcd

Does anyone out there no how I can rip a dvd to vcd without using Tmpgenc?

I have a dvd-r just incase u needed to no.

gordian knot to rip/encode then you could go with kvcd, but that uses tmpgenc
why do you NOT want to use tmpgenc, I never have a problem with it :rolleyes:
