I just finished downloading a movie .Bin and .Cue files, and it plays ok via Videolan but when I burn to disc as a SVCD theres no sound at all apart from what sounds like a water fall???

Is there anyway to add sound to a SVCD/ .Bin file?

Cheers

ps. it is a screener from e-mule but they are normally ok!

Sorry IKE a couple of quick questions!

Is VCDgear free? (i know i can get it from e-mule etc...)
Which version do I want 1.76 (console???) or 3.55 (gui??)?
Whats the difference?

Cheers again!

I downloaded that and tried it but it still sounded the same!

Does anyone know if it's possible to extract the sound of an .MPEG then boost it, then re-multiplex it??

Cheers

It maybe that the sound is 48k, if so you may need to re-encode it as 44.1k. If your decoder can't play 48k you will hear a lot of hiss (prob. the waterfall you mentioned).

You can use tmpgenc to increase the volume to about 171 % and it will still sound be good. To do this use audio edit.

I've actually Re-encoded it to 44.1 using HeadAC3 and then put it back together again and the poxy thing still don't work!!!!!
So I've decided to GIVE UP!!

I'll think I'll just wait for a dvd rip or a better version!!

Thanks for help peeps!
