eMule Plus started out as an eye-candy modification of eMule, the hot new open-source eDonkey client. With a dedicated team of coders, beta testers, and translators, it has since evolved into the a feature-rich, stable, and thoroughly tested eMule mod with dozens of features unavailable in the official builds, all the while retaining its slick user interface.

Changes in Current Version:

Added some more actions customizable by shortcut management for Download window
Added downloading file rename and cleanup box customizable by shortcut management
Expand/collapse sources by pressing +/- key
Added a debug message for files before they start to be hashed
Added keyboard DEL and INS actions to Friends list for easy operation
Added unique setting on Queue and Known lists to set the autoupdate option
Some code optimizations
MD4 calculation optimization
Updated the way Limitless download is enabled in preferences
Improvements and bug fixes

Hehe I just came and checked to see if someone hadn't posted this new version already... and it seems they have. Nice one for posting.

If I uninstall my 1i version, will it remove my 'Incoming' and 'Temp' folders? What is the best way of updating the client? Or would I just have to move the folders say, to Desktop, uninstall, and install the new client and replace the folders from previous?

download binary.

extract emule.exe to current emule file.

restart.

might want to move the tmpl files too as well as webserver folder, but not config one.

 I can't stand it. Its really bad too look at and its corrupted all of my downloads so I have to use it finish them (and not eMule plus) - I had 15 odd large files going at various stages of completion and its taking ages to download them so I can uninstall overnet :(. The speeds are around the same for me in both programs as well (I think overnet uses a different speed gauge as it displays a higher figure than netlimiter).
