is there any special order that i must burn these files? do i burn iso format? or just tell me how to do the entire process. I also have alch 120%, but burn would be prefered. I am running nero 6 ultra for ma burning software.

have you checked any of the stickies around here?

if you have a bin and cue, you dont need to change it to a iso (which is just another image format). You can burn the image as it is. Alcolhol should have a wizard in it to burn to cd anyhow.

In Nero where you choose to burn a image ( wher you burn isos) choose show all files and pick the cue file. Then hit burn, just make sure that the bin and the cue file are in the same directory

just make sure that the bin and the cue are in the same folder

and you can also open the cue file in Notepad there should be something like this

FILE "IMS-GO2A.BIN" BINARY
TRACK 01 MODE1/2352
 INDEX 01 00:00:00

make sure that file is the name of the bin file

so they link together? so if i burn the cue file it is attached to the bin file?

The cue basically just tells Nero how to burn the bin file, it is not really necessary for burning games.
But for example if you make an image of an audio cd the cue file would hold the information for the single tracks.

Just make sure that it has the correct bin file name in the cue than put both in the same folder and select the cue file to burn as image. This will actually burn the bin file

Hope this made any sense

There are 3 pinned topics on image burning and in fact, one for alcohol 120. <_<

unfortunatly i ran into the same problem with the image drive. I've been told by some ppl that nero doesn't recognize sum .cue .bin types. Is there a better program (a free one)?
