Final Fantasy Ix

My "relatives" from Taiwan bought Final Fantasy IX and it doesn't seem to be a bootleg :unsure: but thats not the issue. It seems to be in Japanese (maybe thats why they gave it to me). I can play it on ePSXe no problems but I can't read it. IS there anyway to change it to english?
