Dvd-r Burning

I've seen some dvd r release on sharereactor.com, but it seems that they are only a few ones and that none does include french language which would be great as I wanna watch those movie with my girl-friend with her DVD player.

I wonder if it's worth the price to buy a dvd burner for about 120 €, and get some dvd images from the internet.

Can someone answer this please? :)

You could try getting the subtitles for the movies you have. Do a search on google for subtitles.

As for a dvd drive, they get cheaper everyday and if your going to get one you should get one that is at least dvd -rw. So you can actually burn dvd to blank dvd media.

With dvd -r it just allows your dvd drive to read or view dvd's, not write to them. :)
