Klite Slowing Down My Pc

hey all.. I just downloaded the best and the newest version of k-lite.. clean KMD? Anyway I noticed that it appears to be slowing down my pc every time I'm running it even tough I'm not doing anything with it.. anyone?

spyware, or programs running in the background.
run a startup manager and try to find junk programs starting with windows,
and remove them from the list.

or run Lavasoft Ad-aware or RegCleaner....

if this cant help you, i dont know what to do...

what computer, ram cpu ETC. do you have?
