Audio/video Chatting Program

I need a Audio/Video chatting program that does not use/need a central server. It would also be really helpful it the program has an easy to use interface and use some sort of encryption. Should also be adware/spyware free

I am looking more of a client/server type of chatting program. i.e i enter the ip of the host and chat away.

i look into netmeeting anyways. see if it any good.

yeah you dont need a server if you know the IP

EDIT: the best part is it should already be installed on your pc
