My computer's crapped up, it took me 2 hrs to get on this page, I miss my wife, I love my daughter and havn't seen her for 2 months and won't see her for a long while, my whole life depends on getting a job abroad (ok - shared too much but......).............this is the "life is shit" thread"

No, I have a good girlfriend I can trust and share my thoughts openly, but that is a little difficult - I wish sometimes I could got away for a week or so on a lonely Island.

I woke up this morning to find out school was closed (I'm a teacher) so I had the day off (a good start to the day :) )..............








..............then in an attempt to fix my computer I accidentily wiped my harddrive and lost everything = EVERYTHING - 100gigs worth of stuff - files, photos of my daughter, programs.............

You accidentally wiped the entire hard drive. Not easy to do (accidentally) in my experience, bearing in mind that I have been using the feckers since before windoze was invented / stolen.

Are you sure, could this be a sub-conscious message. Perhaps you need to look a bit deeper.

Oh and is this angry enough to qualify.

You have a specific period of abstinence ?

Is there a secular reason for this , or is it a sackcloth and ashes type thing.

As I understand the position, you are unlikely to "celebrate" the lenten period. Even if you were to do so, now is not the time.
