I use microsoft photodraw 2000. Its been discontinued and so there are no new versions :(

Its my fav. photo editing prog. But i also have coreldraw - prob the most popular picture app. It has many advanced features that are very useful.

Photoshop with mad plugins or Fireworks MX 2004 with mad plugins.
