Help With Tmpgenc

Hi all I was wondering if anyone could help. I just managed to get hold of a copy of tmpgenc, the problem is every time I put in the serial number it says it's the wrong one but around 6 user are sharing it does anyone have the answer? :(

Get the latest TMPGEnc from here (http://www.tmpgenc.net/e_download.html) and then go here (http://www.trinsic.org/index.php?t=84&n=14). ;)
