i find closing your eyes and lying down on your bed is the easiest way.
Its weird you ask that. I have had a strange problem for sometime now :(
When I sleep on my back I have nightmares, well their bad dreams and sometimes I feel like I cant wake up.
But when I sleep like I normally do............wild  I dont have that problem.
Anybody ever heard of such a thing?

Dairy products make you dream. That's a fact, there's some sort of chemical or something in them, you could probably find out more with google :)

When i want the night to go fast and have dream-less sleep, i sleep on the couch in the lounge room because it has this fucked up shape and if i lie down in a certain posittion i get knocked out as if though i hit a preasure point on my head or something.
I do wake up with this numbness on the back of my head though
