Removing Files

Can anyone help? I got a friend who&#39;s daughter&#39;s computer was breached by a hacker (apparently <_< ) and she found recources of hacking codes, thats what she told me. She tried to remove it but when she tries to remove them, they keep coming back. Is there a way to remove them permenantly?

By the way she said something like sysd 11
