:unsure: Found suprnova chose a file and it downloaded a small file. what do i do with this file it wont open. its ext is torrent.

well if you have looked at that link and still have no idea what to do, go to www.bitconjurer.com/bittorrent (think thats the link) then dl a new client, i reccomend abc and azureus, just google those but with abc put "abc client" because youll just get the tv channels for tins of pages, then if youre on a router froward ports, this can be done by going to the tips section in the bittorrent section
