I was wondering what was the best shotter game for pc is what do u think it is? i want to know if there is a better one then solider of fortune

Unreal 2 would give any game a run for its money - maybe a little short - but great nonetheless.

I agree Medal of Honor is the best shooter out!!!!!!!!!!!! Unreal tournament is kewl to but it takes a while to adjust to the fast pace of the game. :ph34r:

Return to Castle Wolfenstein gets my vote for best First Person Shooter. If you like Third Person (behind your character), check out Max Payne and Grand Theft Auto 3.

I think the best shooter (internet anyways) has got to be counter-strike!
besides CS, there are games such as UT, HL, and the classic SOF!

Since senceless shoot-em-ups aren't my style (such as the UT series), i'd say Hitman 2 or maybe Project IGI 2 if you have a good PC.

almost all shotter games are better than Soldier Of Fortune, unless they're shovelware. then they prolly only have a 75% chance of being better than Soldier Of Fortune.

the better question is: what shotter games are WORSE than Soldier Of Fortune? um... Daikatana... um... ok, that's all i can think of. but the list is a lot shorter.

Goldeneye on the Nintendo 64 was an excellent game, one of the first games not to have a mass of foot-high pixels on the wall with proper colouring, so you could make out everything. It also the first console based shoot-up that would pit four people against each other ( i think, well unless you got an extension for more controlers on the older computers of that time )

then it would have to be Half-Life, got that the day it was out. Good game, but got a bit tedious eventually, but all games do.

well I played it and I have to agree it is a good game, but I dont understand all the fuss about it. I have seen better ones.
