The reason that I ask is scruge said that

FYI, if you'd like to run an acid test to insure the copy is good. Okay I have never done this before and don't even know where to start, but I asked a co-worker and he said it is to test dl for corruption. Now I have never :frusty: tested any of my dl for corruption before and would like to start.

So which is the best software to test for corruption and how do you use it?

Thanks

What I am talking about is checking dl's for corruption, lost information, bad information...ect. I would like to see if I have a good or bad dl before I burn it.

I looked around the board and found CDmage but I do not know how to uses it. Is there any other software out there that will check for corruption?

Thanks

Best way to avoid corruption is to use QuickPAR and newsgroups.
