that,i remember i used DHTML Menu builder but it didn't help me much in fact

It's not a builder, but Milonic (http://www.milonic.com)'s DHTML menus are by far the best (I can teach you how to remove the Milonic ad if you use it on your site ;)).
However, Milonic's menus run extremely slow on older computers. Apycom (http://www.apycom.com)'s Java menus are very smooth and fast with cool features like onmouseover sounds, tabbed browsing, etc. (I can teach you how to crack this too. :D) However, these menus require Java to be installed on the user's system.

i been trying some menu builders
and sothink is very good,but milonic's isn't very bad though ;)

Sothink is nice since it intergrates with Dreamweaver, but Milonic may as well, but I've never used it, so I have no idea.
Sooo, I'd recommend Sothink DHTMLMenu to anyone.

i dont use a dhtml menu, its just plain old html
