It's not a builder, but Milonic (http://www.milonic.com)'s DHTML menus are by far the best (I can teach you how to remove the Milonic ad if you use it on your site ;)).

However, Milonic's menus run extremely slow on older computers. Apycom (http://www.apycom.com)'s Java menus are very smooth and fast with cool features like onmouseover sounds, tabbed browsing, etc. (I can teach you how to crack this too. :D) However, these menus require Java to be installed on the user's system.

Hope this helps. :)

Look for "unescape($sO)" and change it to "."

Damn simple, right? :D

Sothink is nice since it intergrates with Dreamweaver, but Milonic may as well, but I've never used it, so I have no idea.
Sooo, I'd recommend Sothink DHTMLMenu to anyone.
