is there a program which allows you to see dvds without a dvd player like a dvd emualtor?

you can use windows media player..but you need a dvd drive

no, because of the type of disk.. the cd drive wont read it. sorry

If you're asking if you can view a dvd on your cd rom, then the answer is no.

just buy a dvd rom there cheap $33 now
