Gigabyte GA-7N400-L1 motherboard

good or bad? It seems to have alot of features like dual channel ram and nforce2 chipset and it fits my budget. Oh and can it overclock good?

Check this one out (http://www.ncix.com/products/index.php?sku=11216&vpn=7VT600-P-L) it has all the features of the other board except for dual channel DDR support. It has more other features though.I have one and I love it,it works great.
