Nero Problems

I am having problems with my cd burner. I have the nero buring program and for some reason it takes about 3 hours to copy a movie (about 700,000kb).

Can anyone help me? :)

Have you checked what speed you can write at?

What is the maximum possible speed of your burner supposed to be? If you're unsure, you can check the box on the Write Dialogue screen that says 'Determine Maximum Speed' before you start burning. Also make sure you don't have any other programs running while burning, including screensavers and virus scanners. It could also be the discs you're using - if they're old and/or cheap, they might not be capable of higher speeds.
