does the volume of downloads that u have have a impact on weather u get sued or not like if i had downloaded 2 songs a day or something or every so often will the RIAA hound me LOL

Depends on your ISP I guess... but lol I've downloaded hundereds of ISO's and thousands of songs, I'm pretty sure they're after people who share large amounts of stuff more than anything else. You would probaly hear from ISP before anything BIG would happen. Like a warning type deal.

apparently they are going after people with 1000 files give or take, now you can make sure privacy path is on and use a socks5 proxy and that makes it harder.
