New User Download Problem

Does anybody know why when i download music that in my download folder i get dat.files?
does anybody know what they are and how you can go about preventing them from being downloaded?
i notice that they are gone when i open the folder later.

sure just delete them. :lol: :lol:

ok now on the serious side that is how you download boss, the files you choose to download appear fist as dat files and then once they are done they will change to the type of file they are suppose to be :lol:
