This is not a subject to joke about.

I would start by typing out what has got you so upset.

Once you air it out, you will feel better and people can get an idea of how to help.

Whatever you are thinking of doing, don't do it.

Sit down at the computer and just type.

Sorry bout the upper case stuff (just cut and pasted it )but I try and live by this lot. If one bit is of any help - I'm glad

Try to live by these rules of thought

1/2 FULL NEVER HALF EMPTY

LIVE IN TIME COMPARTMENTS DAY BY DAY HOUR BY HOUR MIN BY MIN

GET BUSY!!!!!!!!

DONT THINK DO!

ACTION = SATISFACTION.

EXERCISE - BETTER THAN ANY DRUG THERAPY!

BREAK THE PROBLEM DOWN INTO MANAGEABLE CHUNKS - INTEROGATE THE PROBLEM AND DEAL WITH EACH CHUNK - ONE BY ONE.

ASK YERSELF THIS - WILL I BE WORRIED ABOUT THIS IN A YEARS TIME IF THE ANSWER IS NO - TELL IT TO GO WHISTLE!

WHAT ARE THE ODDS OF IT (THE WORST) HAPPENING?

PLAN AND PREPARE FOR THE WORST - THEN TURN LEMONS INTO LEMONADE - MAKE THE VERY BEST OF A BAD JOB

IF THERES NOTHING YOU CAN DO ABOUT IT FORGET IT

When you, or any of your associates, are tempted to worry about a problem, write out and answer the following questions:
What is the problem?
What is the cause of the problem?
What are all possible solutions?
What is the best solution?

Let the past bury its dead. Don't saw sawdust.

Never tried the following but 20 million Germans have apparently - St John's Wort.
It's a tried and tested herbal remedy which can work wonders. Same effect as a prescription remedy but virtually no side effects recorded and totally non addictive.
