Championship Manager Patch

Does the 4.1.4 patch from sigames work or do i need to get one here. Tried the one off the web site bu had to copy back in the patched exe

why don't u just get it from the SI games site? Afterall, they did make the game so i would imagine that as thats where everyone else gets it; it works.
