Ed2k Links Legal?

I am planning to post some eD2K links on a future website am going to create (a Jet Set Radio Fansite IN ENGLISH!!!). The links are for full albums of the OSTs of both games.

Will I get told by The Man, or is it cool? Or, do I have to post some warning or something?
