Those are the most EXPENSIVE programs ever. :lol:
Use a P2P program to get them. Bit Torrent is one of the fastest and safest ways.

Nothing better than Photoshop, but there are alternatives. You want free. You need the Gimp.

Macromedia (http://www.macromedia.com/) all good stuff, but really expensive.
Adobe (http://www.adobe.com) anything Adobe is good, but again, very expensive.
Open Canvas (http://www.portalgraphics.net/en/index.asp) if you draw with a template.
Ulead (http://ulead.com/) lots of good stuff, including plug-ins for Photoshop and ULead gif animator.

Actually adobe products can do all of what you ask, but you have a choice.


Flash MX 2004 can export gifs. I don't know about the other version.
But I do know that the new Photoshop and ImageReady CS package can handle gifs and flash now.
