only in some of my game (starcraft, mohaa, ect..) the movies really suck, everything is low resolution, poor color. its not that big of a problem, im just wondering what i can do to fix this.

Probably nothing. The person who ripped the game, probably modified the movies so that the file size remained as low as possible.

Try these:

Ensure your graphic card drivers are up to date.

Anti-Aliasing (sp?) is turned off.

Try looking in your Video settings and seeing if there's a way to change the quality.

Did you install all the files to your HDD? Some games ask you if you want a minimum / maximum install. Minimum keeps the videos on your disk. Might slow down the frame rate.

doesnt matter which drivers, im using 45.23, cause they on a cd, and im too lazy to download 8mb. when i tried i had the settings on quality, fsaa x4, texture sharpening enabled, anistrophic filtering x2, the z and w buffers were on too, stil nothing.

Well do you want help or not? Or are you too lazy to listen as well?

<_< ... would me using the 53.03 drivers really make any difference on a geforce2 mx400?

Possibly. You won't know until you try. If they do not work, rollback. Simple. Try your available options out first before giving up.
