i've installed the crack version it asks

for a server what does this mean

Go to your ISP's website and check for their newsgroup server address. It should be on a page about "configuration", listed alongside their POP address for email usually.
Insert this newsgroup server address into newsbin

sorry if i seem thick but i'm with btbroadband i don't know what my isp web site is

any thing you can suggest would be a great help

NewsBin and its freeware
