This dude comes on my site and writes in the guestbook to come 2 his site then he starts writing shit about me and my site on my questbook. What could i do about it? i wanna get the bastard.

just get his IP from his guestbook posts, and then set up a filter such that he cant post with that IP - may stop a n00b if hes on static ip

or alternatively set it up such that you need to authorise each post - have it sent to your email with an auth link to click in the mail

You should do a Whois (http://network-tools.com/) on this person and e-mail his isp. write a letter saying he is being malicious.
