Speaking of n00b's....print screen next to F12 is enough, that will capture Your desktop, then open ms paint and press Ctrl+V

Try Captura to get the pic (http://www.hernansoft.com/captura/english/InstallCaptura.exe).
After you have the screen shot then you have to upload it to a webhost and then link to it....

screen shots are easy.
1024x768 (http://users.zoominternet.net/~skeeler/screenshots/2004-02-09.jpg)
sometimes hitting the "print screen" key doesnt work, if not just google for a freeware screen capture tool.
