Web Sites Blocked

ok some sites are blocked by school servers work servers etc. and i read if u go to the site through another one u can actually go there , there was a post by ghetto gurl i think and someone posted a link to a site where u can typ in your url and u can enter your wanted site through there

i think its a web proxy or some shit but im not sure

so does anyone know any of these sites where i can enter blocked sites?

sometimes if you use Frontpage to type the URL it gets you right there :)
