ive just had a high risk hacking atttempt on my PC which was blocked by Norton


while surfing this board


does it have anything to do with this board :unsure:

try using your anti virus software to scan your pc.

every av software will find sub7 since it is very common.

I cant believe people are still getting owned with subseven. That virus is like stone age.

There will always be attempts though. Wannabes scanning the whole net for subseven ports.

I use zonealarm pro and set it so it doesnt give me these warnings. you may be able to do the same with norton.

no, I don&#39;t think subseven can be launched via php...

anyway why would it come from here...?

do you still have the logs? what is the ip?

Do a whois on it and see who/where its from

and block subseven/all other l4me script kiddie progs ports

Doesn&#39;t norton guard ports per application?
