Most people, having been weaned on the fathomous fantasies of Theodor Seuss Geisel, are unaware that for two years (41-43) he was the chief editorial cartoonist for the New York newspaper PM (1940-1948), and for that journal he drew over 400 editorial cartoons.
They are very much of their time and here is a selection.
