im not sure what the 7000's like, but if it can run the games u play, but if u find it a little laggy, then go for it.

i only have a 9200se, and it does the job i want it too.

just the video card, my friend bought a radeon 7000 long after I got my geforce 4 mx 440 and he paid more for his and was bragging about it, but then when we played some games my computer is way faster. he has the same processor and ram as me and a beter motehrboard but my computer is still faster.

buy a new video card for sure, atleast a 9200, more if you like to game.

How many fans are you running in that rig?
What do your voltages look like?
300w PSU sounds marginal to me with all of the drives you have installed....

Well, I suppose if your voltages and temps are good then you are fine, eh?
