There are a lot of these scam sites. i found many offering the same thing.
I think the only people dumb enough to fall for it are those new to the internet.

If the user does not have the common sense to tell that this is a scam, then yes -- in a sense the scam sites deserve the money they recieve from the idiotic, preposterous, foolish, so-called user.
Why do I care that they make their income from moronic users, They aren't stealing my money. ;)
