The smartest thing to do, if your willing to take the time, is to buy a 2500XP and overclock it to a 3200XP. That is what I have and it is very easy and will save you alot of money. If you dont want to look into that then you can find it HERE (http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProductDesc.asp?description=19-103-380&depa=0)

OEM means that it doesnt come with a 3 year warranty or a heatsink and fan.

The 2500XP comes with a heatsink, fan, and a 3 year warranty all for $90.

40? like $100! And you can overclock it to a 3200XP easily!

Don't buy the OEM. Get the retail box that includes the cooler and warranty.

AMD 2500+ XP 80 Dollars (http://www.futurepowerpc.com/scripts/details.asp?PRDCODE=CP_AMD_XP_2500B&REFID=PG)

And indeed, go for the retail, 5 bucks is a good deal for a heatsink and fan that will give you plenty of headroom for overclocking.

And the warranty would come in hand should it crap out on you.
