does anyone know a site where i can go to and then use the "frame" of the site as a way of blocking my ip when i visit a certain website ?

ex. I visit a site , and then i put in the link of the site i want to go to and when i go to the site , there is frame and my ip is blocked/changed....

yeah its something like that, but it was free, i didnt have to download anything. i saw this one website a long time ago but i forgot the link to it :-(

Just use your browser through an anonymous proxy. You set it up in your connections / lan tab in Internet Explorer.

http://www.idzap.com is what I use. Works as well as the one you pay for, minus a few unessisary features. Free is always better. :)

You can try http://www.the-cloak.com but they only allow a cetain amount of bandwidth with their free service.
