I've been looking at cases for 2 days, and cant find anything thats not fancy but would go well with a high-end gaming pc. The case doesnt need a power supply either.

Feel free to suggest some models :o

What exactly defines a "high end gaming PC"?
Any special features that you require for such an animal?

What goes in it?

it does if you paint a racing stripe on it.

I'm pretty sure you can have an ugly atx case and it wouldn't affect gaming performance

I'm still waiting to hear what specifically would make any one case better for gaming than another case.

Does it need special handles or a heavy duty power plug, or what?

USB ports will be something the motherboard will offer, not the case. The case can supply FRONT USB ports though.

If you want room get at least a Mid Tower, or even a Full Tower :o haha

Good luck.

now i know why they didnt list rear usbs, that clears alot...but what about fans? should a buy a case with as many fans as i can or it doesnt matter?

would something like this be good http://www.xpcases.com/shop/item.asp?CatID=14&sku=768 or something like thishttp://www.xpcases.com/shop/item.asp?CatID=1&sku=723

The first one comes with fans and a temp thing for only 40 bux..i bet its not made very well.

The second one is nice also, and comes with 120mm fan slots which is good.

If I was you I would try to buy a case with no fans and buy the fans yourself so you know your not getting some really LOUD fans. I would buy a Chieftec Dragon and put 2 80mm fans in front and 2 in back like I have...overclocked alot and it keeps it real cool. 120mm fans are best but 80mm do fine.

Maybe he wants to look good at LAN parties, or blind the other people with cathodes so he can kill them easy.

That'd be power gaming :P
